I have a case of the Monday's...

Only one more monday left for classes this semester. Thank god. I might kill myself if I had to do this anymore!!! Okay not really, but you catch what I'm saying... Semester one of n.school almost complete. It has gone by so fast and I have learned so much, but I have also never been so ready to have a semester over and done with!! It will come soon enough though....

Tonight is 3-D for the seniors and roast and toast... Very sad. I cannot believe that I will be a senior in less than three weeks. I remember just graduating from high school three years ago!! This is so wierd. I will miss all of the seniors. Who is gonna be there to prank call people with MJ??? Jessalyn and I will be laughing all by ourselves. Who knows, maybe we will prank La and Jill on occasion!!! I wish all of the seniors the best of luck with next year and the real world. I'll be there to join them soon enough!!

Two more weeks of classes, just two more weeks...

OHHHHH what a week. Could possibly be one of the longest weeks this whole semester, maybe this whole year. My midterm today went okay, so far I know that I have a B on it, hopefully the long and ridiculous essay I had to write with bump it up so more. Oh well, two more quizes this week and one day of clinicals and it's SPRING BREAK!!!!!!!! whewwwwww!!!!!!!

As for phi mu, well I keep thinking about next year and how different it is going to be living somewhere other than this house. It will be wierd not coming back here after classes, not being able to just go down the hall to talk to someone, or not being able to find someone on a saturday night to just hang out and watch a movie with. Kinda sad. I hope all of the girls that are younger than I decide to live in the house. For my senior year I really would love to see phi mu growing stronger and just progressing forward. I wish to see the girls that are stepping up in their positions this year continue to do well. We seemed to get off to a rocky start this semester and things are going a little bit better. It's really hard not being on exec anymore.... I just have to try and remember that they will figure out how to make things work too. I hope they continue to be role models for the rest of the chapter, whether the girls that are becoming the juniors and senior realize it, freshman continue to follow in their footsteps just like a little sister or brother would. well, that is just how I look at things I guess. I know we are still all college students, but if you are a junior or senior you did figure out how to do something right if you are still here. I guess being a role model just means to me that you are helping the younger girls how to do that "something right" so that they can CONTINUE to stay here!!!! I'm like a mom, I know this already

I hope everyone tries to have a great rest of the week. So many people are moody and down lately, QUIT IT!!! I also don't want to contract whatever disease or flu like thing is going around, so stay away and keep purell and lysol close to your hearts!!!

Wouldn't life be perfect if sweatpants were sexy, monday mornings were fun, junk food didn't make you fat, girls didnt cause drama, boys weren't so confusing, you always had time to do what you wanted, nothing was regretable and goodbye's only meant until tomorrow.

I got this off of someone's profile. I thought it had something in it that everyone wishes as some point or another. Right now we are watching animal planet and learning more about "Big Boy" the turtle. hehe. Last night was fun, nothing too exciting. We went to dinner at Applebee's and I later went over to Jill, La's, Brittney and Karlas to just lounge around. We had a flexiblity contest and took some funny pictures. I am almost sore today...

312 again graced us with their "valentines cards" that are currently posted around the 3rd floor. Some of them are too inappropriate to say on here, but they were definetly hilarious. Lauren Howard: I'm looking forward to our "date" on Monday.   Have a good weekened everyone.

Tuesdays, what to say about tuesdays. They are definelty not Mondays, thank God, and they aren't quite as cool as Wednesdays (humpday), and Tuesday of course doesn't even come close in comparison to Fridays. I guess the Pizza hut or whatever pizza company commercial that is with the T-shirts, stands up for tuesdays all over the place. I know for me, Tuesdays = massive amounts of studying; particularly because I have two quizes every hump-day and one every ER day (aka Thrusday). Nursing school is becoming more and more fun as I am meeting more people and figuring out where and what I am suppose to be going or doing. It is going to be a huge challenge and well, I hope I can get through it!

Besides that not much else in my life has been going on. I'm still not 21 yet, which sucks by the way. I can never go out with the girls, and the girls never want to stay in. Therefore I get stuck chillin in on a Fri/Sat night or at some random place. I don't mind staying in, just when no one else does it gets a lil old I guess!!! Ohh but soon I will join in with the 21 and over crowd and I won't feel like such a baby!!!! geez! There are no boys in the life right now, so that is just boring and frustrating, especially since I'm in class with the SAME 54 people and have no way of communicating with guys any other way. So I guess I will just leave my love life up to A) friends setting me up or B) meeting the pizza boy that delivers my food while I'm under 21 and staying in on the weekends!!! This is like a psycho Catch 22 or something I swear! Okay I'll end the rant.

P.S. all of that leads to one major point: Valentines day. What a depressing day for the "individuals" ( I hate the word SINGLE) such as myself. Every year, same 'ol same 'ol. Maybe my parents will send me flowers again...

Happy snowy day. Last night was so much fun. Kim, Mara, Diana, Lauren, Rachel, Carly, and I all stayed in to eat pizza and watched endless episodes of Sex in the City. After the later hours of the night came bounding upon us, the drunk girls of the house came strollin in from their nights' fun. Hailey was by far the most hilarious visitor. She was laughing so hard at herself ( I think herself, I'm not quite sure what she was laughing at!). After getting her up off of the floor from her modeling poses, we all resided back in room 305. Tracy came down for a visit, and after much deliberation, (okay not really) we decided to go to the quad to play in the fresh 2 inches of snow that had just fallen. So, Kim, Diana, Lauren, Tracy, Maggie and I all treked over in our warmest outfits to the Quad here at good 'ol Mizzou. We had a few lil snowball fights with some guys that were there, while we were also admiring the HUGE snowman that these other people were making. Maggie and I started to roll our own snowballs when Lauren (I think that's who's idea it was) decided that we should construct a penis out of snow. Maggie and I had just unknowingly constructed the balls of our snow"man". The penis ended up to be about 5ft tall. It was one of the funniest moments of my college carreer. After taking a few photo op's we left our monument and strolled back home. What a memory...
